La propuesta se enmarca en la necesidad de integrar teor\u00eda y pr\u00e1ctica en la formaci\u00f3n universitaria, ofreciendo a los participantes la posibilidad de vivenciar, en un entorno seguro y controlado, los desaf\u00edos propios de la gesti\u00f3n empresarial. La actividad est\u00e1 dirigida a docentes, estudiantes y profesionales interesados en explorar herramientas innovadoras que favorezcan el aprendizaje basado en la experiencia y promuevan el desarrollo de competencias transversales.<\/p><p>Durante el taller, los asistentes se organizar\u00e1n en equipos de hasta cuatro integrantes que asumir\u00e1n el rol de directores ejecutivos de empresas simuladas, mientras que tambi\u00e9n se podr\u00e1n sumar integrantes de forma remota. A trav\u00e9s del uso de un software especializado, deber\u00e1n tomar decisiones estrat\u00e9gicas en \u00e1reas clave como finanzas, marketing, operaciones y recursos humanos, compitiendo en un mercado din\u00e1mico. Este enfoque fomenta la reflexi\u00f3n, el pensamiento cr\u00edtico y la capacidad de an\u00e1lisis, ya que los participantes podr\u00e1n observar en tiempo real las consecuencias de sus elecciones, as\u00ed como ajustar sus estrategias a partir de la retroalimentaci\u00f3n obtenida.
