Los sistemas de tarjetas inteligentes han revolucionado este proceso al permitir la acumulaci\u00f3n de grandes cantidades de datos en tiempo real de manera estructurada. Sin embargo, esta disponibilidad tambi\u00e9n plantea desaf\u00edos significativos, como preocupaciones sobre acceso a la informaci\u00f3n, la privacidad de la informaci\u00f3n y la gesti\u00f3n de grandes vol\u00famenes de datos. Since Markowitz&#8217;s mean-variance model, techniques for balancing risk and return have been refined. The implementation of these models is complex but computer science offers some solutions. On the other hand, the study of market conditions upon the occurrence of an economic phenomenon has attracted interest. However, these studies have not been linked to the choice of asset selection models that consider that particular context. For this reason, to study the behavior of certain optimization models under certain economic conditions, this paper presents GARPAR (Generation and Analysis of Artificial and Real Portfolio Returns), which provides a way to centralize the analysis process of a market, integrating the different techniques that are the mono-target optimization of portfolios, the recommendation of diversifications and the starting conditions of the market.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>23<\/td>\n<td width=\"332\">SEM-ORB: Advanced integration of Operational Research and Systems Engineering<\/td>\n<td width=\"305\">Thiago G. Dias y Mischel Carmen Neyra Belderrain (ITA)<\/td>\n<td width=\"728\">This paper presents the SEM-ORB (Systems Engineering Methodology Operational Research Based) methodology, highlighting its innovative application in Systems Engineering with a focus on military contexts. The aim is to address the lack of robust methodologies for requirements elicitation, stakeholder definition, and optimization in traditional Systems Engineering models. The traditional approach provides a Cartesian structure for system development, however it fails to address crucial subjective aspects. The SEM-ORB solves this problem by integrating advanced Operational Research techniques (Problem Structuring Methods, Multi-criteria Decision Analysis, and Optimization) in four main phases: Context Structuring, Logical Structuring, Architecture Structuring, and Physical Structuring. Peretto (UNC)<\/td>\n<td width=\"728\">La metodolog\u00eda PERT (Program Evaluation Research Task) ha sido aplicada a proyectos de diferentes \u00e1reas, en los que existe incertidumbre en la duraci\u00f3n de las actividades que los conforman. Esto lleva a considerar diferentes distribuciones de probabilidad para la estimaci\u00f3n de los tiempos de realizaci\u00f3n de las actividades (beta, uniforme y triangular). El objetivo de este trabajo es comparar la duraci\u00f3n estimada del proyecto obtenida a partir del tiempo medio de duraci\u00f3n de las actividades, mediante el uso de la t\u00e9cnica de simulaci\u00f3n de Montecarlo en Excel. Se trabaj\u00f3 con un ejemplo de elaboraci\u00f3n propia.
